Poliprint is a European online printing company based in Warsaw, Poland. We specialize in personalized T-shirts, cotton bags, promotional mugs, and other custom products — available from just 1 piece. We serve both individual and business clients across Poland and internationally. This page outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all orders placed via our website.
I. GENERAL INFORMATION
The online store available at www.poliprint.com.pl is operated by Poliprint sp. z o.o., registered at Wincentego Rzymowskiego 30, Lok. 102, 02-697 Warsaw, Poland, VAT ID: PL5223272844.
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, payment, delivery, and customer rights.
The store serves both individual customers (B2C) and business clients (B2B), offering personalized printed products such as T-shirts, tote bags, mugs, and more.
The store operates in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws (including Directive 2011/83/EU and GDPR Regulation 2016/679).
II. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
All products offered by Poliprint are printed individually based on the customer's selection and specifications.
Orders can be placed via the website and are considered binding once the order confirmation email is sent.
The production time is typically 1–3 business days, but in certain cases (e.g., product unavailability or technical issues), it may extend to 7 business days.
Some items shown on the website (such as blank bases) are sourced from external suppliers, and prices may change if the supplier modifies their pricing. Customers placing large-volume orders are advised to confirm availability and final pricing.
III. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
For individual customers (B2C), prices are displayed in gross (including VAT). For business clients (B2B), net prices are displayed.
The store reserves the right to update prices based on supplier changes or market conditions. In the event of a discrepancy, customers will be notified before processing.
Accepted payment methods include invoice (for B2B clients) and online payments (coming soon).
IV. DELIVERY
Orders are delivered within Poland and internationally through courier and postal services.
Standard delivery time depends on the shipping method and destination.
Personal pickup is available by appointment at our Warsaw office.
Orders including fragile items (e.g., mugs) are marked “Fragile” and require the customer to inspect the package upon receipt.
V. RIGHT TO CANCEL & RETURNS
According to EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
Since all Poliprint products are made-to-order, returns are accepted only in the case of defects or order errors.
VI. ORDER REJECTION OR CANCELLATION
Poliprint reserves the right to cancel or reject an order in the following cases:
unavailability of the base product;
lack of payment confirmation;
content submitted for printing violates laws or ethical standards;
repeated violations of store policies.
Customers may cancel an order only before production begins (status: “In production”).
VII. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are solely responsible for the content submitted for printing (graphics, texts, slogans).
The store is not liable for any copyright infringement or legal consequences related to user-submitted content.
Poliprint reserves the right to block users who repeatedly attempt to submit illegal or offensive content.
VIII. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY
Complaints regarding product defects must be submitted by email at biuro@poliprint.com.pl with photo evidence if applicable.
If the complaint is accepted, a replacement will be issued.
Complaints are processed within 14 business days.
IX. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
To use the online store, the customer needs:
a device with internet access;
a web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
X. FINAL PROVISIONS
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
All disputes will be resolved in accordance with EU consumer protection law or Polish jurisdiction for non-consumers.
