Print file requirements

How to prepare a file for printing?

We accept files in both raster and vector formats.

Accepted vector file formats:

  • .ai – up to and including version CS6
  • .cdr – up to and including version 18
  • .eps – up to and including version CS6

DIRECT DIGITAL PRINTING

  • If the file is raster-based, its resolution should be at least 300 dpi.
  • We accept raster graphic formats: .tif, .png, .jpg, .pdf, .psd.
  • We accept vector graphic formats: .ai, .eps, .pdf, .cdr, .svg.
  • Transparent backgrounds around objects will be automatically removed.
  • Files should be saved in CMYK color mode.
  • Text blocks should be converted to outlines or the font file should be attached.
  • All layers in the file must be flattened into a single layer.
  • Strokes, fills, and effects must be expanded to vector objects.

    • Important! The image quality must be high – only then will the print quality be excellent.

SCREEN PRINTING


  • If the file is raster-based, its resolution should be at least 300 dpi.
  • Accepted raster graphic formats: .tif, .png, .jpg.
  • Accepted vector graphic formats: .ai, .eps, .pdf, .cdr, .svg.
  • Transparent backgrounds around objects will be automatically removed.
  • The minimum line thickness is 1 mm.
  • Providing PANTONE colors is preferred.
  • All layers in the file must be flattened into a single layer.
  • All fonts must be converted to outlines.
  • Strokes, fills, and effects must be expanded to vector objects.

    • Important! The image quality must be high – only then will the print quality meet expectations.

Embroidery

  • If the file is raster-based, its resolution should be at least 300 dpi.
  • Supported raster graphic formats: .tif, .png, .jpg.
  • Supported vector graphic formats: .ai, .eps, .pdf, .cdr, .svg.
  • Transparent backgrounds around objects will be automatically removed.
  • All layers in the file must be flattened into a single layer.
  • All fonts should be converted to outlines.
  • Strokes, fills, and effects should be expanded to vector objects.

    • Important! The image quality must be high – only then will the embroidery look professional.

Sublimation Printing

  • If the file is raster-based, its resolution should be at least 300 dpi.
  • Supported raster graphic formats: .tif, .png, .jpg.
  • Supported vector graphic formats: .ai, .eps, .pdf, .cdr, .svg.
  • Transparent backgrounds around objects will be automatically removed.
  • Files should be saved in CMYK color mode.
  • All layers in the file must be flattened into a single layer.
  • Text should be converted to outlines or the font file should be attached.
  • Strokes, fills, and effects should be expanded to vector objects.
